Kathy Sprau

Kathy Sprau, founder of Aging Grace, has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University. She also has experience as a multi-service caregiver for aging clients at many stages of physical and mental health.

She is a formally trained volunteer with Midwest Palliative Care Center and Hospice of the North Shore and has spent more than a decade of service as a minister of care for nursing homes, hospitals and with at-home patients. Kathy has served on a variety of school and church boards, the University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation Auxiliary Board and volunteers at the Adaptive Sports Center in Crested Butte, Colorado.

Her sincere and compassionate approach make it easy for clients and their families to form a bond of trust and comfort. Her emphasis is on communication and customization to each client’s needs and wishes.

Kathy has been a resident of the North Shore since 1978, where she is actively involved in the community, church, school and various organizations.

She is married and the mother of five children.
