Marianne Marquardt
Marianne Marquardt has a BA in psychology and a Masters
degree from University of Michigan.
After a long career in advertising at Time Inc. including
MONEY and PEOPLE Magazines, Marianne retired to stay at home
with her two children.
Marianne has worked with Aging Grace for three years. She
brings with her the experience of caring for aging parents
and relatives. Her compassion and sensitivity make it easy
for her clients to feel comfortable and secure. Her ability
to listen to her clients’ needs and wishes create a sense of
trust and comfort.
Marianne has been a resident of Wilmette since 1993 where she is
actively involved in volunteering at her children’s schools
and at her church. She managed the Junior Great Books
program at the elementary school for four years and is in
her second year of heading up the middle school book fair
which raises money for the school’s library. Marianne has
taught Sunday School at her church for four years and has
worked on two school board elections for District 39.
She is married and the mother of two children. She enjoys
running, paddle tennis and walking her dog, Nellie.
