Collin Sprau

Collin Sprau graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's degree in Business and earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He has been a partner-level practitioner in the retained executive search industry for twenty-plus years with leading firms including Korn/Ferry International and presently with Lantern Partners. He has conducted over 250 searches concentrated in industrial, technology, financial services and health care companies. His assignments are often for CIOs, CTOs and their direct reports, but also include large global corporations, private equity portfolio companies, start-ups, professional services firms, and family-held enterprises.
Collin was co-founder and Vice President of Field Operations for Metafile Information Systems, an IBM Business Partner that developed and marketed relational database management and integrated image systems with consulting services. During the first eight years of his business career, he held functional roles in sales, marketing and general management for American Hospital Supply Corporation.
His role in Aging Grace has been and continues to be one of confidant and sounding board for his wife Kathy, who founded the business in 2004. He also contributes to the accounting, policy and administrative aspects of the company.
He has been active for many years in his community as a Scout Master, school board member, fund raiser and community development volunteer. Collin enjoys time with Kathy and their children as well as golf, racquet sports, skiing, and especially building and driving hot rods from the 30's and 40's.
